Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear
839 N. 11th Street, Milwaukee
Saturday, December 14, 9:30am - noon
Don't miss our Annual Holiday Meeting! It will be a chance to show (and possibly sell) your art as well as enjoying a "pot luck" feast with your fellow members' homemade delights.
The Museum is housed in the historic Chudnow Mansion. Each room is filled with memorabilia from the '20s, '30s and '40s. The entire museum has been reserved for LMA, and you can bring guests to the meeting. The parking lot at the rear of the museum can accommodate about 40 cars, plus you'll find ample on-street parking.
Take the opportunity to "show and tell" a recent work of original art, in addition to displaying two smaller pieces of art (reproductions are acceptable) for sale to the public. The Museum has been publicizing the event and is opening its doors early, offering FREE admission until noon.
If your art sells, the Museum will make the transaction through its credit card system and take a 25% commission. What a great opportunity!
And, you'll be voting for next year's officers and board of directors.
Our regular meeting venue is:
Cardinal Stritch University
6801 North Yates Road
Fox Point, WI
